Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has one of the best views imaginable from a hotel room, but some areas in the room need upgrading, such as the worn and stained carpet. It can get a bit stuffy at times. The service is efficient when requests are made, but interactions, especially with the elevator boy, could be friendlier. The location is not perfect for tourists, being far from the center and lacking easy Metro access. The dining experience in the 18th-floor roof terrace restaurant with stunning views is highly recommended, offering a high standard of dishes. The facilities are adequate, but improvements could be made for a better stay experience.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and modern, with a fantastic view and a big two-sink bathroom, which was a great bonus. The breakfast was good, and the hotel's proximity to the music hall was convenient. The only downside was that the room size was half of the previous hotel we stayed in.
The hotel rooms are luxurious, extremely comfortable, and well-maintained of good size. The staff goes out of their way to ensure guests have a great experience. However, the location may not be ideal for leisure travelers and is quite away from the city center.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with great views and complimentary amenities, though some aspects like the firm bed and faulty lighting can be improved. The service was polite, courteous, and friendly throughout the stay. The location is not fantastic, but it is near attractions like Parque da Cidade do Porto and the beach. The dining experience was a bit below expectations with limited options. The hotel has some facilities that could enhance the overall experience.
The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms with fantastic views, including a big two-sink bathroom, though they felt a bit old and unhygienic. Amenities like a kettle, decent WiFi, TV, room safe, and mini-bar are provided, ensuring comfort. The 10th-floor view is pleasant.
The hotel is located in a convenient spot for exploring Porto, with good facilities, but lacks privacy in the rooms due to sound transfer. The air conditioning in the deluxe room was efficient, making the stay comfortable, although noise from adjacent rooms may be a concern.
